The RNA-Seq DREAM Challenge on the Cancer Genomics Cloud
We are proud to host the ICGC–TCGA Somatic Mutation Calling RNA DREAM Challenge on the Cancer Genomics Cloud. This Challenge seeks to generate more-accurate methods for quantifying known isoforms and detecting gene fusions from RNA sequencing data. Participants can access the Challenge resources, develop reproducible workflows, and submit them to the DREAM Challenge — all in one space.

The Seven Bridges Platform is a cloud-based environment for conducting bioinformatic analyses. It is a central hub for teams to store, analyze, and jointly interpret their bioinformatic data. The Platform co-locates analysis pipelines alongside the largest genomic datasets to optimize processing. It allocates storage and compute resources on demand, to meet the needs of ever-growing analyses.
